Andrew Humphrey is a partner at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP where he practices in the corporate group and serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of general corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and securities regulation. Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from Amherst College. Andrew is the former Mayor of the City of Wayzata and he previously served on the Board of Directors for MNBio, St. Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral Foundation, Minnesota Academic Excellence Association, Project for Pride in Living, Inc., and HealthSystem Minnesota Foundation.
