Trevor Gunderson currently serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at General Mills, Inc. He also has responsibility for overseeing the company’s corporate records management function. Prior to joining General Mills, Mr. Gunderson was an associate and partner at the Minneapolis, Minnesota law firm of Winthrop and Weinstine, P.A., where he practiced general corporate and securities law. Mr.Gunderson received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1992.
