While Diversity in Practice does not have its own pipeline program, we support our members in their efforts to identify and support students, as young as pre-school, in gaining the skills necessary to one day go to law school! The legal pipeline is critical to the long term success of our member organizations and the legal profession as a whole. The Twin Cities is a legal community that believes in creating opportunities to serve and support underrepresented communities and we applaud our member organizations for supporting the following pipeline initiatives:
