Each year, Twin Cities Diversity in Practice gathers our membership for an update about TCDIP’s work and goals. Over the past year, our TCDIP community has worked together to develop new initiatives to support our Members and attorneys of color at all levels. Join us to learn more about how TCDIP continues our work, including these initiatives:

– Our new mentorship program
– Results of our re-developed 2018 and 2019 Demographic Surveys
– Redesigned communications tactics, including our new website and brand
– Ongoing professional development opportunities
– Broader anti-racism efforts

TCDIP continues our work to develop an inclusive legal community especially at a time when we are facing a global pandemic and a call to step forward and fight against racism in the Twin Cities and in America.
