Please join us to hear from RT. Rybak, CEO and President of the Minneapolis Foundation.  Mr. Rybak has been involved in all aspects of leadership.  He is an expert in leading across differences and has continued his commitment to understanding and acting on the issues facing our workforce.  As RT stated in an interview about his position as CEO and President,  “I believe that Minneapolis, more than any other city in the country, has the potential to define how an American city creates a global community”.  RT will discuss these efforts and increase the awareness we have as leaders in the legal community.  It will take the entire community to  impact our ability to attract/recruit/advance and retain lawyers of color.
