Q&A With Denise Rahne

Denise Rahne

What have you changed about your approach to diversity and inclusion as a result of your involvement with TCDIP?

TCDIP has helped me believe in it as a collaborative cause as opposed to only an individual challenge. It has also helped me appreciate the different challenges faced in different legal settings and at different stages in individuals’ respective careers.

What is your favorite TCDIP event, and why

The 1L Reception, hands down. So much promise and energy.

Why is diversity and inclusion important?

Because we are human beings.
